Join us for the upcoming Kinect Essentials panel about the different types of equity based investment instruments, the key elements of a term sheet that determine the investor relationship and the payment waterfall after the securities are sold.
Gain an understanding of how to negotiate and structure term sheets to secure the best possible funding deal for their business. Having a solid understanding of term sheets is extremely important for entrepreneurs who are looking to raise funds from investors, and this expert panel will provide them with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate the process.
In addition to the informative panel, this is also an excellent opportunity for networking with like-minded individuals and industry experts. We encourage everyone to attend this session in person to learn about the best practices for negotiating term sheets and to build valuable connections in the startup community.
