Internship Program

Internships at Kinect Capital

Kinect Capital’s LMI University Entrepreneur Internship Program (Internship Program) increases career opportunities and real-world business education for low-to-moderate income (LMI) college students wanting to learn more about business ownership and entrepreneurship.

Kinect’s Internship Program provides underserved college students an opportunity to develop career experience, grow their business network, and develop confidence working with C-level executives in a fast-paced work environment. The program greatly enhances the traditional university classroom experience for students by equipping them with extremely useful career skills for a competitive workforce. Interns are paired up with volunteer business leaders during their internship who provide one-on-one coaching and education on business acumen and industry knowledge.

At Kinect Capital, we accept interns from all majors, including science, math, business, performing arts, and more. We provide training to ensure that all interns are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively. Since 2017, Kinect has worked with almost 400 interns.

Currently we have three types of internships, some are paid internships.
